Shipping Policy

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?

Orders are prepared and processed within an estimated 1 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Our order processing hours are from 09:00 to 17:00, Monday through Friday.
Orders placed outside these hours, during weekends or holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.

The stated times are approximate and may be affected by operational incidents, product availability, or causes beyond our control.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Once the order has been prepared and shipped, the estimated delivery time is 5 to 15 business days, depending on the destination, logistic operator, and other external factors.

During special campaigns or periods of high demand such as Black Friday, Christmas or other promotions, shipments may experience additional delays of up to 10 business days, without this being a reason for automatic order cancellation.

We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors, including but not limited to:

  • logistical incidents,

  • saturation of transport services,

  • adverse weather conditions,

  • customs or administrative controls.
