HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, you may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.

To initiate the process, you must send the following information:

  1. Order number

  2. Reason for return

  3. Car make and model

  4. Video clearly showing the issue or reason for return

Without this information, we will not be able to validate or process the request.

Once the data has been reviewed, we will provide you with the necessary instructions along with the complete return address.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect products.

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.


RETURN CONDITIONS

For a return to be accepted, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Be unused and in perfect condition.

  • Include original packaging and all accessories.

  • Be carried out following the provided return instructions.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


COSTS AND DEDUCTIONS

All approved returns for non-defective products are subject to:

  • 15% restocking fee.

  • Fixed deduction of €5 for logistics costs.

These deductions do not apply in case of a defective product or incorrect shipment.

Refund Calculation:
Total order amount – 15% restocking fee – €5 logistics costs


DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:

  • Return shipping will be free.

  • No restocking fee or logistics deduction will apply.

  • You can choose between a full refund or replacement.

  • It will be mandatory to send a photo or video of the defect for verification.


REFUND PROCESS AND TIMELINE

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund within 5–7 business days.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.


ORDER MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION

You can request a modification or cancellation on the same day you placed your order.

If the order has already been shipped or prepared for shipment, it will not be possible to cancel it.
